What You Want
and Build a Path Forward
Your Goals Deserve More Than Whatever Time Is Left
You’re often the person others depend on. You lead, build, care, and make things happen. But when everyone else’s needs come first, your own goals can keep getting pushed aside. Maybe you know what you want but aren’t making consistent progress. Maybe you’re successful, but the pace feels difficult to sustain. Or maybe you know something needs to change and can’t quite name what it is. You might be thinking:
- “I have big goals, but everything else keeps taking priority.”
- “I keep second-guessing decisions I’m capable of making.”
- “I know what to do. I’m just not doing it consistently.”
- “I want stronger boundaries, but I don’t want to disappoint people.”
- “I want to grow without losing my peace.”
Inside Align Academy™, you’ll have a dedicated space to examine those challenges and start working toward what matters to you.
What Is Align Academy™?
Align Academy’s leadership coaching for women is a 12-week virtual coaching experience for high-capacity women ready to identify what’s holding them back, clarify what they want, and determine their next move. You’ll bring a meaningful personal or professional goal into a supportive coaching environment.
Together, we’ll examine what’s getting in the way and build a practical roadmap for moving forward. Weekly live coaching, individual support as needed, peer connection, and accountability help you put what you learn into practice.
Find the Gap Before You Apply More Pressure
When progress stalls, it’s easy to assume you need more discipline, information, or effort. But the goal may require something else. Hollie Jo Hepler helps you identify what’s actually missing so you can focus your attention where it will be useful.
Belief Gap
What do you believe about yourself, your capabilities, or what’s possible? Examine the assumptions that influence your confidence and choices, including beliefs you may have accepted without questioning.
Clarity Gap
Do you know what you want and what deserves your attention right now? Get specific about the goal, why it matters, and what progress would look like in your current season.
Systems Gap
Do your habits, boundaries, calendar, and routines support your goal? Identify where your daily structure needs to change to make follow-through more sustainable.
Resource Gap
Do you have the time, money, tools, and support the goal requires? Recognize what you need and where an additional resource, request, or helping hand could make a difference.
Capacity Gap
Do you have the energy, margin, and bandwidth to hold what you’re building? Being capable of doing something doesn’t automatically mean you have the capacity to carry it out. Resources are what you have; capacity is what you can hold.
Accountability Gap
Who is helping you follow through on your commitments? Build support around your goals in our women’s leadership program with like-minded women who encourage you, offer honest perspectives, and challenge you to keep moving.
